Hello From Pa

Featured Replies

Hello Everyone,

I'm a new Bass fisherman as of last year and have been enjoying it ever since I caught one by accident.  Mostly fish a lake near my house and looking forward to the nicer weather..  Other than that, I go flounder fishing with my Dad and cousin twice a year in NJ.   Looking to learn a lot from the forums here and I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions being new to this.

welcome to the forums! where in pa do you fish?

Most recently, Chambers Lake in Hibernia Park.  Since it's only about 10-15min from me, it makes it easy to pick up and go last minute.

You ever fish marsh creek lake?

I have gone there a few times for other activities..  I've only fished there once bc I wanted to fish off of a boat.  It was fun but very expensive.

Did you rent one? Ive been wanting to take a trip up there but it like a hour away and idk if its worth it

Yes, Rented.  I do not recall the rates off-hand but it's not something I would pay regularly as its high.  But for a one off, it's something different.  You can probably call and ask.
