Never Seen Before Worms

Featured Replies

I knew a older fella who at one time fished a lot and he had a lot of tackle in his shop. After he passed away I was given some of these in a large amount (hundreds of these worms). I have never seen them and wondered if they were his go to worm since he had so many or if he just got a deal on them in bulk and hated them afterwards. They are fuzzy so to speak. Has anyone ever used these ? Know who made them? Just curious about them really.

Reminds me of the Venom Ringworm, but they have a sickle-tail, not a ribbontail   :Idontknow:

If you are looking to sell them, I'd suggest trying Walleyecentral.com or in-depthoutdoors.com.  Some walleye guys might jump on the smoke and coffee colors.

No I'm not looking to sell them. You mentioned you would be interested in some green pumpkin I was just showing you what I did have. I would give you some if you were interested in the color I had.

Sort of like a 6" zipper worm.

I catch a lot of bass by accident while fishing for walleye with ringworms, moxies, and pulse-r.

Huh! Blank! I know what they are but I'm drawing a blank!

They are more like hairy than rings?

Yes they have little stubbies all over like hair.

That's a really nice offer. Not many guys would just send someone they've never met and let them try a bait they can't replace. You sound like a great sportsman!!!

I will never use them all and even if I did I don't mind sharing especially when I have more than I need. I'm quite new here and want to put my best foot forward. :Victory::angel5:

I have some of them in chartreuse/green pumpkin. Got them in a ziplock bag, have no idea what the brand is.

That is the way mine were packaged just ziplock baggies nothing written on the bags. I have tried searching the net but if you put fuzzy and worm you don't get these. haha

BPS caterpillar series, at least that is what they remind me of.

The company name is rawhide baits, they no longer exist anymore due to the death of the man that made them. He lived on highrock lake. I myself have a few packs  of these and I love them. I am looking for more of these worms.

Thanks for the info. I replied to your PM.

Also I had several folks ask for these back when I originally posted this. Since then to my knowledge I am out. I do not have any more of them and If I find any more in my piles of baits Dillon Simpson has requested them and I will send them to him.
