It's beyond crazy... Unreal..

Thoughts and prayers are with all of the folks of Paris. I follow a lot of footy (soccer ) and  am extremely surprised the friendly game between France and Germany  that was going on in Paris was not a target in this attack. When I first heard of the attacks this was the first thing to pop in my mind.

We need to rethink this "war on terror" or soon enough it will happen here.

Clayton France has let in far fewer refugees than most of Europe. I am not sure any free nation can completely stop this sort of thing. It looks like ISIS is responsible. I hope this is the final straw to bring the world together to crush this group. Eliminating the leadership with extreme prejudice by going after them aggressively regardless of where they are is where we start IMO.

This is not the place, nor the time, to make ANY political innuendos.  People have lost their lives, families have been destroyed, and the world is in mourning.

 

Let the membership of BassResource represent class and compassion in this tragedy.

Extremely upsetting.

Eliminating the leadership with extreme prejudice by going after them aggressively regardless of where they are is where we start IMO.

When you get stung by a wasp, do you go to the nest and try and find the one that stung you or do you wipe out the entire nest? Eliminating leadership will do nothing more than open doors to another leader.

Prayers are good but people need to wake up. The threat from afar grows every day and is now the threat from within. 

Slone you make a good point. I am afraid that exterminating all the stinging insects associated with this is a complex problem that can't be accomplished by the destruction of one nest. I do know that a nest without a queen (or queens) cannot survive.

There are no simple or easy answers. My prayers are with all associated with this, including our military personnel.

A reminder that all political statements, innuendos, and other asides will be removed.  Repeat offenders will be banned.

Looks like we're on high alert along with some other countries. Everyone is holding there breathe on this one.

We go on high alert when there is a attack somewhere. We are hardly not on high alert most of the time. But as Bill says, be vigilant and stay safe.

Cowards wont even stand up and fight. Gotta recruit teens, sucker punch the innocent, duck out instead of facing repercussions. These people are the worst of the worst. Hell is too good of a punishment for these dogs.
