Hey folks!  I had the opportunity to visit the headquarters of Batson Enterprises and get a behind-the-scenes look at the custom rod building industry.  Hope you like it!

Pretty cool! Those nice builds make me feel like I want to try to build a rod, but I don't need another expensive hobby!

Thanks for coming out and filming Glenn, turned out great!

Where can I find the "recopies" for rod blanks mentioned in the video on the Batson website? Sorry if it's obvious but I don't see it. Thanks.

It's not obvious, so you're not going insane.  They're on each of the different rod brand's webpage. For example, on the Eternity's page, http://www.rainshadowrodblanks.com/product-line/eternity2-bass-casting/

Under "find a dealer", click the tab that says "Blueprints"

Thank you Glenn.

BTW... shouldn't this post be in "Rods reels and line" ... gotcha... heh...

should be in the Rod Building and Custom Rods section...  but that's fairly new to BR so Glenn may not have known about it....  :D
