YES!. I hated coming back next evening and having to go back and add stuff, and then forget what I had in my cart.

i'd take a pic or screenshot sometimes when i didn't complete the order just so i could add back what i had in previously....

i also just noticed the live chat option at the top, don't think i'd ever seen a live chat option, right?

Looks like all the other websites that updated in the last 12 months.

Slap a logo on top and spread out the crud. :D

There's been a live chat option for at least a week or two, before the updated site. Only sometimes though, which is interesting. Maybe the live chat icon only appeared when someone was available.

As for my opinion, I like the old one better too, but that's probably just because I'm so familiar with it... I'm sure the new one will grow on me eventually

That's your computer settings. I use TW as my "shopping list" and add stuff to it daily. It saves my cart for weeks on end without logging into my account.

Not likely. Every other online store I use, don't have this problem.

I'm with you on this one... TW is the problem not my settings

Well, It works for me. Like I said, without logging in I can keep my TW cart for weeks on end. Its computer sided, TW doesn't know I have the items in my cart since they don't even know I exist! Its all in your browser settings. Might I suggest chrome browser with cookies enabled.

i do use chrome, cookies enabled and it doesn't keep it much longer than 48 hours, if that.

After posting last night I went ahead and added an item to the new TW cart to see if it would hold. Still there.

That's what I'm using and again, not logged into TW's website, I went at least 2 weeks with items in my cart late last month.

I have the same deal, use Chrome, have TW whitelisted, my cart doesn't hold anything if I close the page and reopen.  It seems insane that they don't have a wish list system, esp sense they offer shipping deals at increasing dollar amounts.  It has been pretty much been "proven" that a WL system really helps drive up the ordering frequency and amount per order.  They already have an account system that lets you look at old orders, so it should not be hard to implement.

I was whining about lack of a wishlist some time ago....but after much deep thought on the issue, I decided that I probably save myself a LOT of money by filling up a cart every day and exiting without completing the sale.  Sometimes, I'll print out my cart and save the paper as a reference for next visit (sometimes the same day lol.)  But honestly, I think the way it works now saves me a boatload of cash and space.

Just visited TW and noticed the item I posted about previously is still in my cart. Reminded me of this thread so I had to post. Been in there for 12 days

Put stuff in my cart yesterday, gone today. Only website that doesn't save it for me.

I have the same issue, but I have an **** running, sometimes that will do it, depending on how the site is coded.

Don't care for the new site. I think it looks too "moblish" while on the laptop. I also don't care for the Zoom feature which doesn't work for me. The old site seemed to be more user friendly and easier to navigate. Oh well, we are probably stuck with it...:cry4:
