I have gotten hooked on 1/16" worm weights for my finesse plastics fishing.  They still let the plastics have so much free action and pop through cover very well.  

I have a few bags of hula grubs, 4-5", that I want to start throwing, looking for lighter ones, around 1/4oz.  Can anyone recommend one of the Seibert's heads?
