Rage tail series

The vibration-inducing flange behind the rage tail concept has certainly been a winner!

I don't think there's one best rage tail, which likely hinges on the situation at hand.

From all appearances, the "craw" is the most popular rage tail, but my personal favorite is the "lobster".

What color do you like for the lobster?

Its like picking a favorite kid but it would be the Craw,But they all catch fish.Never hit the river with out them.

It seems like they all have their place. I've bought several packages of them to try. I got the Rage Craw, the beaver style and the menace grub. Looking forward to giving them a shot.

There's only one bait I don't like from the Rage Tail series, and that's the smokin' rooster. Everything else has been a winner. Although, to be fair, I haven't tried the small buzzing topwater one.

My two favorites are the Rage Craw and the Cut'R worm.

It's the Menace for me. Hoping there's a bigger version on the horizon.

Those little finlets that run along each side of the 'Lobster' distinguish it from its kid brother the 'Craw'.

I first seen this image right before breakfast, and hollered to Lois,

'Make that 3 eggs, I'm pretty hungry today'. :)

The Rage menace is without a doubt one of the best swim jig trailers. Choose a color that matches the jig and you're going to catch fish with it.

In the past, RW has even said that the only bait he's used that out produced live bait was a weightless T-rigged menace.

Personally, it's my favorite Rage tail product.

Structure bug for me. I like the menace alot and the rage chunk on a SK bitsy bug always pulls out bites when I'm struggling to get one.

So many good baits in the Rage Tail line.  Menace, Rage Bug, Rage craw, and the Rage Swimmer, are my top ones.

When the Rage 'Menace' was first introduced I was immediately attracted to its shape, a profile I happen to like.

But during the 'Swimming Pool Test', I was disappointed by its throb, which didn't have much of a signature.

On the other hand, the Menace is great on a chatterbait, a trailer that won't overwhelm

the rhythm of the blade

Have you seen the video of the noise that thing makes underwater on the fall??

There isn't a bad bait in the series, but I think my current favorite is the cut-r worm: I can use it as a stick worm, a soft jerkbait, and a swimbait all in the same retrieve.

Ditto

The flange on the Cut R makes that tail come alive. It has become my go to when the going gets tough.

Rig it tail down for swimming and tail up for vertical presentations.
