Festivals??

Featured Replies

Anybody else enjoy festivals? Whether it's EDM, Rock, Ragae, Punk, etc.. I personally enjoy going to Nelsons ledges here in Ohio. In a month I'll be heading to Michigan for Electric Forest! I'm going to get a go pro to record some of the shenanigans and will probably post it in here.

Never did a multiple day festival, closest I came was a Rock Allegiance just south of Philly in 2015. 3 stage all day affair, had a great time.

Great festivals to attend in my part of Michigan:

Fremont has the baby food festival

Edmore has the potato festival

Trufant has the stump fence festival (now called Trufant jubilee)

No joke

Festivals could be fun if they didn't cut into my fishing time.....our daughter used to go to everything....busy...busy.  After I got out of the service I pretty much only fish a crowd if there's a tourney.   Or taking grandkids to a function.  Otherwise I stay far far away......BUT.....do enjoy you all going.

Hahaha agreed. I'm leaving a few days early to get some fishing done while in Michigan.. kill two birds with one stone.

I'll be in Rothburry, Michigan for this Festival, if you're near there can you let me know of some nice places to fish while I'm up there? Gonna be there for about 3 days before I start the festivities

I just looked around Rothbury and white Lake is right there and I'm 99% sure back about 4-5 years ago the Elite series had there all-star weekend there one of the  days. I'm assuming if its good enough for them it has a decent fish or two. That's the best I can do for you.

That looks like a good time! I enjoy FFDP but I haven't listened to the other bands.
