no i received it in some other baits i purchased, the guy i got it from didn't know what it was either

They are also at Tackle Warehouse.  How does the "funky top blade" work?  Does it spin like a willow blade or does it do something strange?

I have some,and still use them quite often. Caught many fish with them. Highly suggest tying some braid around the collar for the skirt

I have no idea yet, haven't had a chance to throw it!

I have a firetiger one that is a secret muddy water bait  Tons of vibration and noise to help them find it in low visibility conditions.
