Anybody have some experience with these? I’m a big Berkley fan and enjoy using their products but as I’m starting to build my crankbait arsenal I’m wondering if I should board the hype train and go with Strike King or 6th sense. I’ve used the Sqaurebull and Warpig with some good results, so I’m super tempted to stock up on their other hardbaits. Still debating though.

Have used the cutter 110+ and warpig with good results. Quality baits with quality hooks. I'd much rather pay 7 bucks for baits with super sharp hooks and good split rings than buy a bait for 6 bucks with junk hardware. That being said, every bait has a place. So stocking up initially would be good but I wouldn't limit yourself to 1 brand. I want to try the squarebull but don't throw a squarebill much since I've picked up a bladed jig and swim jig.

I’m a fan of the dredgers!  They just work!

I have used the flicker shad with some decent success. Medium diving with somewhat of a tighter wobble. They have been durable also. 

The dredgers will get deep . I caught several keepers past twenty foot this past year with  the 25.5 . I have never caught bass that deep before with a diving bait . They have become my favorite line of deep diving baits . I caught bass on all five sizes . Every single one ran true . They have a tight action , easy to cast and retrieve . The only negative for  some people might be that they are not highly buoyant .  

Like the Warpig until I broke it open nailing a concrete bridge piling at close range.  Looking to try some of the lipped baits in 2018.  Definitely come with good sharp hooks.

I've had good luck with all their hard baits so far. The jerkbaits have been my favorites, but the Wild Thang and Dredger have been good too. 

The Dredger 20.5 is about the same size as tie Strike King 6xd .It appeared to me that the  Dredger will dive maybe three foot deeper . The 6xd has a wide wobble and the Dredger is tighter .I like them both .

I'll have to see if I pick up a few for Christmas presents. i put a couple of version on a request list along with a few new Rapalas. On a local scale I can't find them. Not that surprised, it's a bit of a road trip for me to get to a decent tackle shop. Good luck with it. I'm sure they are great baits.

The Flicker Shad is a pretty good trolling bait-especially for crappie.  But I've caught suspended bass, too.  Somewhat on par with a shad rap.  

Rapala !

 

Hands down my favorite lures. They seem to have better action with a slower rise on the pause.

 

Don't get me wrong, I use other brands as well but my "go to" lures are usually made by Rapala.

 

Not necessarily the latest and greatest but they have stood the test of time for a reason - they work !

I just though of something that I plan on trying . There is a metal disc on the lip of the Dredger . That would be a perfect place to add a suspend dot and get it centered  . Then you might be able to get a couple more feet        out of the lures . The 14.5 which is  the size of a Deep Little N might be able to reach 17 foot or so .

I haven’t gotten big into swimjigs yet. I probably just don’t throw them enough, not a confidence bait for me. I haven’t used the Cutter because I’ve always had huge success with Rapala shadow raps. 

Just bought 4 deep diving Diggers, and this post is giving me some deep cranking confidence. Cant wait till spring. Also ordering some Cutters, have them waiting on my wishlist at Tackle Warehouse.

My only experience with this new line of Berkely hard baits is with the War Pig lipless bait which has proven to be a good addition to my arsenal.
