My Intro

Featured Replies

Hello all. My name is Mike and I have been fishing most of my life. I love all types of fishing, especially bass fishing. I have only ever caght largemouth, spotted, yellow and white bass as I have never been anywhere to chase smallmouth. I am a Soldier in the US Army currently on active duty for the past 17 years. I am currently stationed at Fort Polk, LA. I have a fair amount of fishing knowledge and am always up for good advice. Looking forward to sharing and learning.

Well Mike, first, thank you for your service.

Second, you are stationed in a state that has fantastic bass and redfish/speckled trout fishing.

Third, you are stationed in a state that has some of the best hunting you can ask for.

Fourth, if you jump out of perfectly good airplanes you will fit in with us with no problems.

Just remember two things: 1) wear purple and gold when you hunt and fish and 2) yell "Geaux Tigers" when you set that hook.

Super having you with us. Welcome to the Forum.

welcome brother. hope you can learn tactics and meet new friends.

Thanks again everyone.

SAM, there are no "perfectly good airplanes" in the military.
