You'd have to define creature bait a bit to help narrow down your answers. To me, a Pit Boss and Sweet Beaver are beavers. A creature has to have multiple legs/flappers in my book. Hard to beat an original brush hog in black or a baby brush hog in watermelon red magic or plum apple.

Not sure where the gambler family of baits falls in this. The why not has the body of a brush hog with the tail of a beaver. Where as the otter has the side appendages that give a lot of action and I think the pretty unique single flapper tail. I have considered the otter a creature bait, not sure what you would consider it, maybe just unique lol.

I guess going with your definition the zoom super hog has worked the best for me.

The Ugly Otter is a creature bait, the Why Not and the Super Hog to me are more of a beaver than a creature since they really lack anything to create any extra action. Just by my definition anyways. I don't carry any of those 3 but that's how I'd classify them when I was bagging them up.

Pit Boss, crazy leg chigger craw, and baby brush hog. All in some variation of green pumpkin

You ask and most likely I have it, but my most productive creature bait is the Brush Hog and Baby Brush Hog, I’ve caught thousands of fish with them, second place is any crawfish imitator, 2 have become my favorites: Rage Craw and Zoom Super Speed Craw. That doesn’t mean I don’t ocassionally fish with other creature baits, it just means that those 2 types cover 90% of my “fishing with creatures” needs.

I keep a tub in the drivers side rod box in my boat full of creatures my favorites are either D-Bombs or rage bugs/ Mag rage bugs

I've tried a lot of them, but I still go back to the basics. Brush Hogs (baby and regular), Reaction Innovations Beavers (all sizes) and Zoom Speed Craws... occasionally a Berkley Havoc Pit Boss too. Roboworms for dropshots/shaky heads and Berkley Power Worms for Texas Rigs ;)

Got some speed craws, rage tail menace grubs and some sweet beaver 4.20's already...just lookin' for a couple of creature (multiple appendages)baits to round things out :D.

BioSpawn Vile Craw for me
