It was a giveaway back in the 90s for signing up for BassMaster Magazine.  I would imagine they crop up on ebay now and again.

Love your nails! Seriously I have one of those cranks but it is in a different color. Not sure where it even came from either BPS or sent to me from BASS for some reason.
