Alot of batteries out there but looking for one under 80$.  One that will keep that troiling motor going as long as you can. Duralast, Everstart, Diehard. Anyone know?

I have 3 of these on my boat. 1 for starting, 1 for trolling, 1 for all accessories. They're great.     Happy fishing.

The three mentioned are made by Johnson Controls and are the same battery. The least expensive are probably Wal-Mart.

+1 on the Everstart Maxx. I've used them for quite a few years. You can't beat the warranty and price and if you have a problem, there's always a Walmart close by.

I have used the Everstart maxx and have been very impressed at the life cycle. For the money it is a great battery.

I should trust my instincts and do the opposite of what Burley suggests, but I am going to Walmart at lunch to get one.

Walmart Everstart Maxx Marine. Have had 2 of them for the last 2 years and couldnt be happier.

Why limit yourself to $80. You should really buy the best battery. I have an ACDelco M27MF that I use for my trolling motor and to start my outboard. It is now 8 years old and still going strong. This battery does cost about $130 - $140. I do feel it is a bigger bang for the buck. You can order them at any GM dealer. A few pep boys and the like sell them as well. Take a minute to google the model number and you will see this battery will serve you well.

No matter what battery you buy the key to making it last as long as it can is to put it on a good charger as soon as you are done using it.
