Which reel do y’all think would be better for jerkbait fishing? I have a new megabass Levante jerkbait rod that needs a new reel.

    For a dedicated JB rod, the Alde. Line capacity will be the only negative that I could see but it wouldn't bother me as I don't break off a lot using a JB.

    I have an aldebaran on my expride 6'10 and use it as my jerkbait combo. Awesome combo.

     Recently purchased Alde 50size MGL HG  for the same application, it's a great reel! it worth the price, go for it
