Kind of a cool different looking bait. Anybody using these? They've been around a long time but don't think I've ever seen them anywhere.

Its cousin the wooly hawgtail have been excellent for me on back of a shakey head or on a mojo rig.  Hard to find in stores but excellent baits.

I second the hawgtail, but on a T-rig for me. A very solid producer for me for years. They use to make a wooly beavertail, like a ribbed beaver style bait. That thing was a killer bait but they stopped making it and it disappeared overnight on me.

I used to fish them like a tube.  The Hawg Tail was king of a fitness pitching bait.  I still have a couple bags of the beaver tail baits.  When the BBB Yo Mamma came out, the Yuma became second stringers.
