Swinging jig head long shank hook

Featured Replies

I was wondering if they make these? I have some 10-12 inch power worms and ol monsters that I want to throw but I would like to work them on the bottom swinging free. Do I just buy the head and hook separate or just stick with a regular texas rig? Thanks for any input.

I would think 5/0 in the VMC, I'm trying this owner hook this year in 7/0 for 12" worms....

In Mexico, we have success dragging a 3/4 and 1 oz Football style swing head with either

a 7 inch Senko or a 10 inch SK Bull Worm.

For both baits we like the Owner Jungle Wide Gap EWG Hook in 7/0.

Mustad's EWG hooks are more than enough for a Rage Lobster.

I pour my own with a 7/0 monster worm hook for big worms.
