Looks right up your alley

Are you guys getting hammered with rain now? See it hooked your way. Be safe, Stay safe.

Wenesday we are gonna get a real soaking. Saturday we got clobbered. I won’t be on the river until after the holiday now. No biggie, lake it. But now is generally a good river bite. Now till October.

Bone dry for the last 4 days or so. I would imagine we get the rain tomorrow but I haven’t looked at the forecast (on account of its uselessness). I imagine we will get heavy rain but nothing like the experience in the gulf

Same here expect no major damage but creeks and rivers will be swollen. As much as I’d like to live on the river, I’m glad I don’t. Too many flash floods these day.

They’ve been pretty accurate around here all summer. Did have a few local tornadoes. That keeps local news on their toes.

These days it seems like fair game no matter where you live to get rocked with severe weather.

Stay safe, good fishing.

You need to move down here where TVA holds back all that crazy flood water

I come down there and I’ll find out what a real river is for sure.

Ha! The ones that flood up your way are real, ours are sort of artificial

River crested about 10:00 this am. Major flood stage is 13 feet. Went 7.2 feet over flood stage. Water has not been this high in my life time. I’ve seen close but not this high.

Folks from Reading to Philly lost a lot. Will be interesting for awhile. Heard one of the dams near one of the boat ramps broke. My source in that is not real good.

The couple of ramps I use my be destroyed. Time will tell.
