Not particularly, I'd say I'm a villan that causes alot of chaos, I'm just trying to not cause as much chaos as I normally do.

The attitude that you want less fisherman seems a bit selfish to me. I strongly encourage others to get into fishing...especially youngsters.

  • While it seems logical that less fishermen equal easier fishing, some of the absolute best lakes get the most pressure.

I got into bass fishing a few years ago. Was mostly kicking around on the surf, knocking around and doing very well. Ran into a lot of snot off the beaches, so I branched out else found other places to fish that suited my desires and taste. Same thing goes with bass fishing, if I want to be totally alone, for example, I hit the moon lit nights and enjoy total solitude with the glowing eyed gators and the burping bullfrogs. On the other hand, if I hit a popular lake on a beautiful perfect Saturday morning with perfect weather forecasted, then I am certainly “aware” of the mobs forthcoming. Up to me to live or die in the tangle of hate and resentment that so many feel and express when fronted with others doing the exact same thing.

How about MORE FISHERWOMEN? It's weird to me how few women seem to fish. I see one on this forum maybe once per year, and I maybe see...oh I'll estimate...ZERO women fishing without a dude with them. I know they are out there but I have yet to see one (I may have once but not verified).

Maybe girls don't like harassing (I picked a nicer term) animals for fun? One girl at work thinks it's mean....hard to argue with that.

It all goes back to male children with adult men who fish. Why or how that condition keeps repeating  is beyond me.

If the men fish.  The young males want to be just like them as soon as possible.

Sorry, but Florida is the king of that right now. Whatever is going on in Alabama with pressure  is 10 times worse in Florida .

My first day on my new job 3 years ago:

Boss and me were talking fishing/hunting in the office .  I mentioned I like to hunt  squirrels .

The nicest girl up to that moment went cold as ice” you do WHAT ? I know you don’t mean that.( She has a pet squirrel she calls “nibbles” ?

Every spring a herd of 11 deer use my yard as a nursery as mom goes for food.
