That's an OEM open mold popper. It could have been sold under several brands, BPS uses it on some of its poppers.

The BPS Offshore popper is the same thing and $1 cheaper, and you can get them at Cabela's too. I like the action, but they don't cast as well as some other similar poppers, and the hooks and hardware are suspect. I f you have insomnia sometime, you can go through Ali and find them for cheap in some crazy colors.  

I find those poppers all the time as well as the deep cranks made by the same people, never tried to fish on though.

I caught a 4.13 by some cattails. Not bad for a little popper.
