Made a run up there yesterday to the dam and found out from the deputy that they don’t allow bank fishing around the dam. Bummed me out but I headed over to Boat Landing Road (the other boat ramp) and was stunned to see how much lower the water was. They had the boat ramp blocked as the water was too low to safely launch now. I tried fishing for little over an hour but no joy so packed up and headed home.

We've haven't gotten rain in weeks, and I don't see any coming soon.

 

As soon as I get new boat on my home lake that is comfortable to fish from for two, you got an invitation anytime to come fish with me.
