I have an old  10 ft bass hunter that got a lot of water inside of it somehow. I have turned it upside down in all directions and positions and it won’t drain out. I probably need to drill a hole in it somewhere but don’t want to if I can help it. I’m afraid I’ll start a bigger crack , if I drill a hole. Also not sure if there are more compartments inside that would need multiple holes drilled.

So, needing advice before I start. It could be one hole drilled above the waterline would let all the water out, that’s what I’m  thinking…

Then after you drill holes to drain and let it dry out, seal the holes again with the welder...color won't match, but it'll be whole again.

Go with me on this - cut a hole for a dry hatch lid (preferably the screw type) on a vertical face inside the cockpit. Easy access, unlikely to get more water in it and you can leave it open to let the innards dry well. You’ll still need to find the leak unless it’s in the cockpit.

Before you start drilling holes, check the bow on the outside under the rub rail. I had an old bass hound that had a drain hole from the manufacture to allow the condensation accumulation to be drained.

I had the same problem... I got a hole on the bottom, in the back from dragging it from the truck to the water, on boat ramps.. I just drilled a hole on each pontoon, drained it, and filled the holes back in while I was re-fiberglassing the bad spots.... it still scraped thru, so then I bondo'd the places where it scrapes, and added wheels/dolly with a strap, and am gonna try to stay clear of boat ramps, and just put it in the water from the bank when and where I can..
