I have always pulled out the loudest lure I could get but after looking into it I want to try a walking lure without rattles. What is some good walking lures without rattles? 

Evergreen makes a good with killer sticky hooks.

Yeah, it's the Evergreen JT.  Very good bait.  Megabass makes a silent version of the Dog-X Diamante as well.  Another great walking bait.  Both are pricey though...

Old fashion Lunker Punker.

I'm partial to the old Zara Spook.  Those are silent right?

Any wooden top water walking bait is silent, no rattles.

A few plastic walking baits like Cultiva Zip n Ziggy had 1 weight no rattles: 3”+ excellent lure.
