Clearlake bass are not healthy looking.

Fish are pale, skinny, fins ragged, and they have sores on them. 
 

I got eight today and it was pretty universal.   They still fight hard as heck.  Very gentle subtle bites.

Susquehanna River smallmouth are having the same problem. It's supposed to be cancer.

That just looks like a healing wound from being caught before. Every bass in our lakes has at least a few of those from being caught multiple times.
