Hey y’all. I have been out of BR for over 2 weeks. I tried nearly every day to get back on but was locked out for some reasons I can’t fully explain. Most of it is probably that I’m terrible at technology. I could not sign in to save my life. I just figured out how to start a new account through facebook but at first just thought I was signing in.

My question is, is there any way to access my old status so I can just continue? I’m assuming this is like starting over, but I’d like to access all my pics etc, that I had before.

Any guidance on this would be much appreciated!

My email was current back then.

I never tried to change it until I couldn’t get back on . It kept saying my email or password  wasn’t right so I tried changing it and it still didn’t work. 
And it had me trying to confirm by “ picking the largest animal in the pictures “ After numerous tries, I gave up. 
So , is the new account all I can do, or is there anyway to access my old status? Thanks.

So...the link I posted above tells everyone to check the email in your profile - often.  Because it can end up outdated, and then won't work when you try use the "forgot password" feature.
