Looking for recommendations for brands that have tall size fishing bibs and jackets. I do a lot of late season fishing when air temps are in the 30s and 40s, so something insulated and waterproof would be best.

 

I’m 6’6 and wear a 36” inseam.

I can't comment on "fishing" specific, but many technical outdoor clothing companies have tall in their sizing.

 

Companies like Outdoor Research (lifetime warranty BTW). You could grab either softshell or hardshell outers and make your ideal set.

 

While not "fishing" specific, this gear is made for outdoor activity and its what I wear much of the time.

 

Just including this info as an option for you.

I'm 6'5 and have a 36" inseam.  I've had the Bass Pro 2XLT bibs and coat for years.  I don't just wear them fishing, sometimes I wear them at work also.  Excellent quality.  I found mine in the store and tried them on before I bought them.
