Guys I am thinking to buy which one? Any comment? Are there any of you that have both and can explain why I need to choose any of them? By the way I want to get this model.

PAD173MHA 7'3" Medium Heavy Regular Fast 10-20lb 3/8-1oz 9+Tip 15-1/2"

I know they are different in handle and they said you should fish the 24 in specific way.

I don't know but I really enjoyed my '18 7'3MH model till I snapped it last fall.  The 6'11M+ is my personal favorite of the older series, but they've all been awesome.

How do you like the 610m Ultima so far? And what techniques are you using that rod for? I'm thinking about picking that rod up

First of all I need to mention that I have full line up of G-Loomise Conquest Rods with one NRX+ so I am no stranger when it comes to high end gears, But OMG this rod is different, It has lots of vibration, So you can't use it for some bait that they vibrating by themselves such blade baits, Because it is too much vibration.

I had some light experience with NRX+ when I wacky 3" senko, each time I YoYo I can feel the vibration of senko with NRX+, But this one vibrates by wind. It is awesome for the time you have baits that bass picking up and spit out like jigs, When the bass breath on your bait, you can feel it. So if you going to get this rod you going to have most sensitive rod made by man up to today so it is not all around rod at all. Also the rod itself very light and I enjoy casting it and I often finding myself walking with it in home and act like casting(I know like a crazy person 🤣).

Highly recommend you to get it and feel the difference and a gear that in another level.

Do you use it for anything with treble hooks or is the action too fast?

Action is fast, I didn't use anything with treble hook yet. since I am at the bank, the only treble hook I am using is lipless and I have Dobyns 610 dock skipping that I use for that.

Just received a 24 Poison Adrena BFS rod from JDM Tackle Heaven. Rod is excellent and crazy light. Probably 10 grams lighter than the 2018 model (which is an excellent rod also).

What's the heaviest you would throw on the 610 Ultima?

I usually do 3/8 or half.

I have the 2018 7'3"mh and 7'2"h. I'm really looking forward to the 24s, those handles make everything feel considerably amplified to me.  I sold off my nrx+ jig rods as I just always grab the poison adrenas for those tasks now.

Anyone know how the 6’10 ML solid tip in the new Adrena line compares to the Megabass Orochi X10 Medusa? Trying to find the best strolling rod in that sub $400 range

I have the '24 6'10ML and 6'10M for this purpose. They're both fantastic.

For the ML a smaller range roller 1/32 to 1/16 with 3.5-4.5" bait typically lives on it... 2500 exist 15braid to 8# leader.

For the M it can handle a 3/32 or 1/8 (2/0 or 3/0) and a 5" Raid super fish roller or 6" sakamata shad perfect. With 15 braid to 8# flouro leader it'll spool a 2500 reel on a bomb cast with these, so I put on a 3000.

Hope that helps.

I also have a deps L 6'5" sidewinder for small hover strolling 2.5-3" with tiny pencil weights (1/96 to 1/32) and ryugi hover shot hooks and a drop of super glue. MSRP on the sidewinder was crazy, and I think there's better alternatives in the raid anti/gladiator lines, and megabass evoluzion. I got it in trade for about a $250 trade deal.

I have the new '25 evoluzion hedgehog syringe but hasn't fished it yet. This rod feels like an absolute trip and I don't know what to make of it yet other than I know it'll be fantastic! Best way to describe it is a smaller windbuster with a stinger.

I've been on a roll... I have the Raid Anti power nose (Heavy spinning with stinger) in the mail. I plan to try the bigger strolling heads with 6"+ baits.
