I'd put them in a different order, but ya - all great finesse techniques.

Ned, Shakey, Drop-Shot, Jig Worm, Neko.

Another good Bass Resource article. I keep feeling like I should write another article, but I feel like I know less than, well, all of you.

You are far from the truth. You recently said you had notes and memoirs of a lot of your back woods trips. Areas with less human activity. Areas where a canoe much less than any boat has ever been. I think stories and adventures you’ve had are probably more interesting. If a write like that is a passion of yours, I’d say go for it.

Any variation of  "little worm on a jighead" is worth fishing -- no accident that these account for 3 of the spots on the list.

Do Shaky Heads snag less than Neds?

Most definitely, the traditional ned rig is open hook, but there are ewg ned heads around today.

My top 5 finesse list would be incomplete without the flickshake or wacky rig.
