Thanks @Glenn. I thought I was pretty well organized until @MN Fisher and @A-Jay showed their organization skills. 

Mine is a mess. I'm definitely in the market for better storage in my heated shop where my fishing gear reside 

No matter what storage system I choose, I can never fit everything I want in just one.....Regardless of size...I blame it on the tackle manufactures for making so many colors and sizes....

I start out organized at the first of the season, and then go down hill from there.

After down sizing and selling boat/tackle container becoming occasional back seater with 5 rod/reel combos and 2 tackle bags. A terminal tackle bag and a lure tackle bag. Easy to stay organized with minimal tackle.
