Hag's Hurricane Bladed Jig

Have any of you guys/gals tried these yet? I just tried one the other day and so far I am SUPER impressed. Blade starts up right away. 5/0 BKK hook. Hand-tied skirt. Wire trailer keeper. This thing can give "that one bladed jig that's the most popular one out there that we can't talk about" a run for it's money. It's very similar. And speaking of money, it's only $5.99. Crazy.

Hag's is on the left.

I picked up 2 at the Classic and have worn the skirt off of one of them. They get bit! That BKK hook is the deal. As much as I like the bladed jig, I won't be buying them anymore.

I guess I can't use the brand name. The Hag's will be the one I buy going forward.

Interesting I'll have to check these out when my current stash runs low haha. I always thought the way the "other one" attached the blade to the bait was patent protected so I wonder how they got away with making these so similarly.

I believe that patent ran out. This jig is very similar to the other one. But way cheaper.

Does the vibration seem similar to the other one? I was reading the reviews and people said the vibration was stronger, like inbetween the other one and the big blade

It seems "different". Not sure if that is stronger or just a different vibration. The one thing I have noticed was the Hag's gets bit very quickly, like they're not following it but attacking it sooner if that makes any sense.

Sweet. Different is good with all the pressure these fish see.

Why can’t we name the most popular (and the one that actually has a patent) and best bladed jig on the market here?  How bizarre.

Speaking on the patent expiring, look at Spro’s new bladed jig. IMG_2643.webp.561f0cb1dac3e80e4abb3c5036d12a9a.webp

Oh you mean the one that rhymes with Crack Jammer?
