When I first got these shoes, I just categorized them as boat shoes. Then I saw a member on here talking about how they used them all around the house and garden. Well they were onto something! These boots are not only good for fishing but also walking thru the wet grass to water the garden early in the morning, walking the dogs, rainy days, etc. When I’m loading/launching canoes and kayaks, it helps to have something sturdier than sandals traversing mud and rock banks. I haven’t gotten there yet, but I’m feeling certain they will also be useful in cold weather fishing, boat or bank. And y’all know me, I like the affordability.

Function over style haha

Definitely.

I've been wearing my boots for 5 years now doing a variety of things....and the tread is just about worn out!

But yes...versatility is important!
