Oxblood Red Flake

Featured Replies

Who makes a 6-6.5" worm in Oxblood Red Flake that is not selling them 8 at a time? I am looking for a Trick Worm style worm in a 15-20ct bag. I've been throwing the Rapala Janitor Worm on a shaky head, but I am tired of paying $6.99 for 8 worms when I can buy 20 Trick Worms for $5.99. I know Roboworm has that color available, but it seems to be an old-school color that is either not made much anymore or is not popular enough to warrant even Zoom to produce it.

Rapala Janitor Worm, 8 pack. Missile baits used to but i don’t think they offer it anymore. If they’re really dialed into this color then it is worth it.

It is just annoying to be able to buy green pumpkin Trick Worms 20 at a time for less than 8 of the Janitors. I really like the Janitor worm, but would love a higher quantity option if that makes sense. Roboworm has the color available too, but, again, the same 8 worm quantity.

Strike King used to make Oxblood finesse worms. Obviously roboworm does, but its only 8 for the longer fats, you get 10 with the standard straight tail.

Reins makes scuppernong bubblign shakers that are very close to some oxblood colors and they dont come in 8 packs.

@Drew03cmc check out this site.

I think it would be the magic wand …. Now, let me tell ya, I have never used them. It got suggested to me, very reasonably priced and a lot of colors.

They sell in bulk too.

I’m going to be placing an order with them soon.

Might work for ya.

Appreciate it, but no Oxblood option that I saw.

Whats so bad about 8 pack baits? I understand its nice to get 12 or 15 for 7 or $8, but theres a downside. When you have that many baits in a pack, especially worms, they dont sit flat and can take bends.

If I'm concerned about a kinky worm, I have other issues at hand. I don't mind an 8ct bag, but at nearly a dollar a worm, it's not exactly the deal for a technique where I might go through a worm a fish. The Flick Shake 5.8 or 6.8 is a killer shaky worm and they come pre kinked for more action, so a wavy worm isn't a huge deal.

Oxblood looks similar to "Plum" from some manufacturers.

If you go through lots of worms, perhaps try finding something in an Elastomer?
