2 piece spinning rod under 150

Featured Replies

So I'm looking for a 2 piece spinning or travel rod for bass fishing. Just a all around pole. Mainly bladed jig and Texas rig. I want something to put on the back of my dual sport motorcycle. I pass so many good fishing spot while trail riding. I have a pvc pole holder on my motorcycle. So transporting is no issue. I just don't want to carry my expensive poles on the trail.

Future reference - you never need to post any part of the link after the first ?

the rest of that link is for keeping track of your location, browser, search method, etc.

I recently purchased a Shimano Convergence 7MF 2-piece rod and have been pleased with it. I paid $ 40.00 for mine since it was on sale but Cabela's/BPS has them for $ 70.00 I believe.

Unfortunately that's not a 2 piece. Thank you though

I'm about 99.9% sure it is, but I understand the gamble.....

Phenix does sell both 1pc and 2pc finished rods and blanks on Amazon but sometimes a listing is incredibly confusing as to what you’re really getting.

Yes, I have a 7' M-F spinning rod rated for 1/8-3/4, two piece models. Very versatile. I have a daiwa exceler 3000 on it and it balances very nicely.

I also have a JDM Tatula XT in casting 6'10" MH-R, the regular action being mod fast. Rated 1/4-1pz. Love this rod for chatterbaits and spinnerbaits.

The arid x is another value rod that hits way above the price tag. I have two of the 7' casting MH-F. All home runs in my opinion.

Just found the daiw tatula xt 6'8 mh-f for 75! It feels like it will be a sweet spot for bass.

Fenwick Eagle - 2pc
I just got my son a Fenwick Eagle 2pc Spinning rod and we both really like it.
