Redlinerobert turned me onto this site and I wish he hadn't because now it's gonna cost me money.  I haven't done any research on these 2 reels yet but was wondering if anyone on here has experience with them.  I'm curious about them and considering buying one and teaming it with a Megabass rod.   Thanks for any input.

I've never used the Zillion but my neighbor who is a tournament Basser got the US model(mounted on a new, Kistler LTX) recently and he love's it.  Here's a review on them.

Never used the Mg either but here's a review of it.

Bet you'll love the MB rods too. 8-)

The Zillion is a great looking reel but seems a bit heavy for the money.  The Mg is sweet but is it worth the extra $ over the US model??  I'm looking at the Daiwa Alphas for myself.  Pretty light, pretty good value, pretty color.

I recently bought a pre-loved Metanium from Robert with a tune-up from

ReelMech. It's MUCH lighter than my Calais and comparable in terms of

smoothness. Since it's already "broken-in", I'm pretty sure it is what it is.

My rating is a Dead Solid 10.

Lambo's are soo 2005 Raul.  Phantom is the next big ride.

Yeah the Zillion HLC is nice looking   , maybe on the list after a cranker. The US version of the mg is smoooth.

That is actually a decent price on that reel.  I would do it if I were you.  

I'm very curious to hear your reviews on it.  Congrats on making a choice.  Let me know how it compares to the HLC as far as smoothness and precision go.
