In your opinion, what is the best line(mono, braid, flouro, brand, and weight) to use for Texas Rigged? Thanks to all that answer!

No "best" just "favorite". Try a few and see which

you like. I fish #12 Yo-Zuri Hybrid on baitcasters;

#6 on spinning tackle.

mono = cajun red cast

braid = fireline braid

flouro = decided i don't like it but think seguar invizx is best.

Last year I took RW's advice on 12# yozuri ultrasoft for BC and it has worked out nicely for me.  I do use some KVD line conditioner and it takes care of the little bit of memory the line has.

My favorite line is Maxima Ultra Green

Mano=sufix 8 & 10 lb. or Big game

Flou= XPS 8 to 17 lb.

Braid= Sufix or Power Pro 30 lb. 50lb.& 65 lb

Copolymer= Gamma 8 lb.

Mono: Suffix Elite

Flourocarbon: Bps/spiderwire

Braid: Power Pro

Last season I used P-line CXX and YoZuri Hybrid for my baitcasters and Seaguar Invizix Fluoro for my spinning reels.

for mono - Izorline XXX (10 and 12 lb) , Gamma co-poly (10 and 12 lb.), and in lower lb. test lines i go with P-line CXX.(6 and 8 lb.)

for braid- Izorline premium spectra and Power Pro.(both in 30 lb. line)

for floro - Sunline Shooter Metan Invisible (16 and 20 lb.)
