What kind of line is that??? How much did that setup run? Lol looks like an easy 550$ my most expensive combo is 470 so im not new to quality gear but that my friend could be the most sexy setup I have ever seen!

How light is that RX8+ huh? All of my rods are built on rainshadow blanks, but that is the one blank I do not have yet. Once I save up a good bit of money I'll have one though! I held a 7'0" medium heavy that weighed 2.4 oz...

The Rx8 popping blank is actually just a touch lighter. Though I prefer the look and feel of raw graphite, the paint on these blanks isn't half bad. I should have gone titanium guides on the Senko blank, but the gun smoke ss sic guides are pretty slick. Both rods balance right above the reel seat with a 6.7 ounce reel. The Rx8+ feels very crisp and alive. Looking forward to trying the new Eternity blanks.

It's probably sunline super natural in mizu blue, can get it on amazon.

I have no idea, I can't find out much about the reel, I do know that they were offered as a prize in some type of facebook photo contest on the Daiwa page.  No idea on how many were made or if they were available in LH retrieve.

I know this isn't as nice as a lot of other reels but got this last night.  ABU Garcia Orra SX 7.1:1 used it all day and i absolutely loved it for the money. Now i need to put it on a good rod.

Great reels!  If I had not just bought a new reel, I'd have tried to do the same thing you did when those were posted.

Check Dick's Sporting Goods, they still have tons of clearance rods like the Veritas for 60 or less.

Added a few members to my Daiwa family. Second is my real shelf queen because I've no idea why I bought it and don't think it catches fish but it looks so cool...

That is a solid Daiwa lineup, couple of 100M's, Ito's, Alphas and Pixy, got the whole gang.  Nice stuff.

The new conquest 101 has arrived... Sweet and incredibly smooth. Added hedgehog air bearings and a zpi carbon fiber handle for now. Will most likely go with a different handle and knobs.

 

Now he can keep the 51s company...

 

The avail handle and wood knob would look sick on conquest. I would definitely do that if I didn't sold my conquests.
