Timonium Bass Expo, "Sad"

Featured Replies

Went yesterday (Thursday), sad. Lot's of empty spaces, A few vendor's were not even set up at the opening bell 12 noon. Boat hall was not what it used to be. On the plus side, there was plenty of room to walk around and in the boat hall the boats were not all crammed together. Kudos to Susquehanna Fishing Tackle from Pa. for being there. They brought some "worth" to the fishing tackle side of the show. But again on the plus side, the ground is white and the water is frozen, so why not go and bump into some old friends.

I went a couple years ago when Marty Stone was there.

Not really impressed with the whole thing, could have been much better.

Yeah, it's been several years since I've actually been impressed with the show, which is why I'm skipping it this year. The seminars haven't even made it worth while (with the exception of the side scan one I saw last year).

This show pointless, I was in and out for no more than 15 mins.

Havent been in 10 plus years and wasnt really impressed then. By the way you guys speak of it, I guess not much has changed.

When it first opened years ago it was awsome...but it got kinda lousy back in the late 90's...quit going.

Back in the days they had all three rooms open and an out building. Now it's 1/2 of one room and 1/2 of the room on the right. I am a bass fisherman but I did enjoy the saltwater and fly fishing stuff also.
