Open a paypal account.  ;) I never had problems with orders from Japan.

I have ordered megabass lures from japan ebay dealers.  Never had a problem.  Use paypal, you have more protection if you do happen to get somebody that is underhanded.

I am at the mercy of the baitmonkey when it comes to Megabass lures.  They have become a my new addiction.

For me though, I have had the best luck with ebay.  I just order my first one from Japan and it only took a week to get here.  Three times faster than my last order from Bass Pro Shop.  I have found some good deals on ebay (if you can call 2 Megabass Cyclones shipped for $22 a bargain) and I have seen a few lures that I can get at my local tackle shop for less.  For example, I have a Pro Blue Vision 110 that I paid $24 for and I saw the exact lure go for $45 last week.  I guess that's the fun of ebay.

ExtremeLures.com carries Megabass, and they're an official sponsor of BassResource.com!  (they also carry Megabait, Jackall, and LuckyCraft baits)

Can you really tell someone that a $24 crank bait will catch more fish than an $8 crank bait. I'm sorry I just don't see the difference and I really don't want anyone to convince me otherwise, not sure if I could afford them.

Then why are you asking the question?  :-?

Do some homework and you will find that prices can vary quite a bit. A supplier may have the best price on the Griffons but not the best price on say the Vision 110. I did a lot of checking until I felt I had a good idea of what I could get a particular lure for and then started watching the E-bay auctions. Dozens of new items get listed everyday so don't over pay because if you lose out on the lure you want be patient and you will get another chance. I bought more Megabass lures than I care to mention this winter (curse you Bait Monkey) but "saved" anywhere from 10% to 40% on each item. Good luck!

The gloomis site has a great selection but you can easily find better prices.

:;) You could catch fish with a 1932 reel and rod too. You can get to point a to b with any car. You can fish with any boat too. Do you get my point ::)

you can take that car to the shop all the time because it doesn't run properly. It will also not last very long. That 1932 rod and reel may not be durable... criticism of expensive lures that are truly great products may be the most ignorant thing I ever read on this site

Yeah, but  most 8 dollar lures are quality still. I do agree with you still

Thanks for the links but they do not offer the baby griffon, just the zero that i do not want and as for ebay look at there new policy this past weekend on selling and buying unless you have made over 100 transactions and have little to no negative feedback(this doesn't apply to me)then you are being forced to pay and accept by means of paypal that i will not DO!So for those that have bought some of my older bagleys, storm warts, rebels i will no longer be able to sell to you unless i open up a account for photobucket and learn how to do this. :-[

My man, don 't spend your money on the Baby Griffon unless you are planning to fish for panfish, it 's smaller than the Griffon which is pretty darn small ( 1 3/4 " ) to be a really good bass bait, yeah it catches tons of fish but 99% of the time it catches dinks, and when I say "dink" I mean teeny tiny 8-12 inch fish.

If you are going to pop 20+ bones in a bait better spend it in bass size baits like the Vision 110, Bait X Concept, Flap Slaps n 'stuff like that. Griffons look kool on the pics until you have it in your hand, reality is very far from what you see in the pics, the detail and beauty is there but not the size.

Ut oh,you mean these baby griffons are not the size of a bagley honey b or teeny r rebel?

Then i need to look toward the regular griffons then. The mr x is the deeper diver i assume, not the sr model.

When you are about to jump from the cliff is better to ask to someone who has already done it before you.

The Baby Griffon is a little bit less than an inch and a half in length, a panfish bait.

The SRX and the MRX are the same body size, the difference is the lip length and position of the lip, the SRX is a shallow diver, the MRX is a medium depth diver.
