I keep my hook selection nice and simple. I use EWG gamakatsu's for just about  everything that I rig weedless. Is it the best option in certain situations...........probably not............but is's not the worst either, and in about 95% of my fishing they do the job with zero problems. I know alot of people like regular gap and/or straight shank worms hooks for flipping because they sat the EWG catches too much vegitation on it...........maybe it does in there situation, but I find it to be so little of a problem it's not worth the hassel of buying/keeping extra hooks.

Owner Rig'n hook or offset. 4/0-11/0 depending on the situation.

 Z-Bend EWG

Owner Straight shank.

I use a straight shank it has the best hook up for flipping. If I am flipping a tube or a large body bait then I use a EWG hook.

Straight shank hooks go through cover better and will get snagged less than offset bend hooks.  So, for most flipping, I use a straight shank hook designed or flipping, such as a Reaction Innovation BMF or Mustad Flipping Hook.

If the bait is too wide for a straight shank hook, I will use an EWG.
