A couple of thoughts on this subject:

My family has been in this country for over 200 years now, but even we came from somewhere else.

I have had over 150 employees in the last 12 years and I now have this employment policy. If you were born in this country and under 30 I will NOT hire you. You are most likely arrogant, lazy, no work ethic, and want to be paid premium dollars for very little effort.

 

Your actually not the first business owner I have heard say that.  While I condone the hiring of illegals  I can see where your coming from as well.

yeah, it's similar to the "driving skill" pill you get when you turn 25 that make your rates go down... :-/
