Actually I am in Brooklyn for a week, me and Elaine cooking a mess of Eggplant Parmigiana and meatballs ala Muddy and we got a mess of incredible Italian Sausage from a local pork store. All my cousins coming over for Sunday Dinner, Elaine cooks some deadly gravy, for an Irish Woman! 8-)
