Cowgirls Espresso?

Ever heard of it?

Ever been to it? ::)

I saw it on the travel channel or the food network the other day. It said it was in Seattle Washington.

man that place ought to be expanding all over the country!

Maybe a road trip forthcoming that trip might be worth the $$$$'s lol

I just Googled it, my friend is in Seattle right now, I texted him and told him go there for me! ;D

Hmm...

They are catering at the Roadtrip!

Yes, there are several in the area...and they're the tame ones! In fact, the limits are being tested by so many coffee stands that they've updated the ordinances in one county to classify any place where pasties and/or thongs are worn to be considered as "adult entertainment", and will be regulated as such.

One place was nailed for "prostitution" because the bikini baristas were allegedly "flashing for cash". I don't think those charges held any water, however, since there didn't seem to be specific language in any ordinance prohibiting it. This is why counties are now reviewing their ordinances.

Oh, and NO, I have not visited any of these stands.  Honest.

I don't understand how those places aren't in violation of sanitation laws.

Who goes there for the coffee?

So is the pinky swear kind of honest or the Keri also reads Bassresource.com posts kind of honest?

Geez all I heard about was bikinis! lol

I heard the advertisement and it said that some 'bare" ;)istas make up to $700 a day. if they averaged a $10 tip per customer it would take 70 customers per employee.

This might explain the "One place was nailed for "prostitution"

I'm betting that for the $700 / day in tips that not everything being sold is listed on the menu!

We had one in Roseville, CA for awhile.  Called "HOT Coffee".  They served coffee, beer, and had appetizers for sunday and monday night football.  Everytime I went it was PACKED.  Unfortunately it didn't last long.  Glad to see there are other places like that though   ;D

No, seriously.  I haven't been to any of them.  There's none near me, none near work, none between here and work.... nothing to tempt me.  And I'm sorry, but it ain't worth the drive for a 2 minute peep show of something I could otherwise see at the beach, fishing, or boat launch.  ;D

it's not like they're rubbing food on their almost naked bodies... unless you ask of course!

You might have the right idea.......

Still, on tv, it seemed like some of their employees were not necessarily the type of girls that I would like serving anything meant to be ingested....

Dan, I believe they are building a "Cowboys Espresso" down the street if that is your flavor.      :-*

;D

When i was stationed at Ft. Bragg, NC (Fayetteville) we would pass a place heading north on I-95 that was a topless restaurant.  The place looked like a double-wide trailer converted into a restaurant.  I always wanted to stop just to see how awful it was.  However, my wife never wanted to stop!

"Hi yes, one tall dark roast please. brr...sure is a bit nipply outside, i mean nippy outside today isn't it?"

Hey man, if they add a "herpes free" guarantee then I'll change my mind.

Dan we must be watching different ad's. The You-tube video I saw, the girls looked like extra cute everyday type not sleezo's

  • Super User

The ones I saw on tv were akin to mid-low end strippers in Reno. You know, maybe almost good enough looking but maybe a little chunky or with too big of a nose or skin that is orange, etc... and a somewhat indescribable look that implies a suspicious bill of health. See "Jersey Shore" on MTV...

I'm mostly kidding, most of them are pretty darn good looking but there were a couple that I would describe as "last resort only"

Geez that's good. C'mon Dan you have to give credit where it's due on this one!

Speed I couldn't find a bowing smiley or I would have added it

Don't give him credit! It just encourages him.

You should probably thank her for that  ;D

You would be refering to Cafe Risque' ( or something to that spelling)  I grew up close tot there it is just outside of Dunn NC,  never went there but some guys I knew did and from what they said it was pretty trashy.
