Zellamander--Yum

  • Super User

Zoom and yes I have tried the Yamamoto baits. While they caught the Yamamoto baits were a lot more fragile so I will stick with Zoom. Now I use to catch tons of fish on a MadMan 6" lizard in a color called Volcano but unfortunately I cannot find them anymore?

Zoom pumpkin seed no doubt. We throw them near the banks in the evenings, works well.

Does anyone fish them on the ledges down deeper?

I love Yum 6 inch Zellamanders. The color i use is watermelon/red flake and i tear one of the tails off, (it has a split tornado tail) so it can penetrate hydrila. If you haven't tried it, then do so, it's works amazing.

I don't use lizards often, but when I do, I use Cabela's brand lizards. They move a ton of water and have a great scent to them. Fish really will not let go of them. They're cheap too  :)

As I was getting the link, I noticed that Cabela's classifies them as creature baits...

I don't have a favorite but I sure like the one hanging out of the mouth of a fish.

I agree with Road Warrior --  Yamamoto laminate, green back/chart belly.

RAGE TAIL LIZARD.............No way.................... YES WAY and  coming soon  :)
