I voted U2 as well, but could've just as easily voted Nickleback. I also believe guitarkid is right, and Green Day definitely should've been on the list. It's all crap, I tell ya, crap.

Come on the eagles are good band and so is Aerosmith. Dang aerosmith is an extremelly talented band. Kiss are ok im not going to say they suck because they have great showmen ship and their music is completely bad. U2 is ok till they got all political but Nickleback has ALWAYS SUCKED. Very generic band no personality or orginality to them at all.

For me it was between kiss, aerosmith, and nickelback.  I've got a buddy that loves all three, you should try being in a band with him.

I would say "fan" is a stretch. I own one Kiss record... yes, a record. Dressed to Kill. Other than that I can take em or leave em. I would rather listen to Ace Frehley than Don Henley tho.  Eagles suck.

It was a toss up between U2 and Nickleback but I voted U2. To me they're overrated. As for Kiss, if it wasn't for their live show they wouldn't have made it past the '70's. They do put on a heck of a show live.

while i dont like any of the bands on the list, they are far from being the worst or from even being bad bands.

with the exception of nickleback of course.

Great post, Great poll. I voted nickelback here is my reasoning. Now some of these bands were really good U2, Kiss, and Aerosmith. The Eagles I cant personally stand and nickelback flat out sucks.

U2 was good after they released Achtung Baby they went too mainstream. The Joshua Tree is a great release, same with War.

Kiss was a great band their music in the 70s was great take a listen to Kiss Alive and AliveII, granted their releases from the late 80s and going forward have been less than stellar.

I put Aerosmith in the same category as Kiss. A great band their releases in the 70s and early 80s were good. I couldnt listen to them when they came out with "Love in an Elevator". However "Toys in the Attic" and "Rocks" are great releases.

I picked nickelback, though in retrospect, I'd rather pay to go to all of their concerts than be paid to listen to one rap song.

Amen brother! Nickelback sucks it... at least you COULD call it music though.

U2 is one of the greatest bands of all time. They revolutionized rock in the early 80's and still manage to come up with a new sound every few years. A band can't stay relevant for 30+ years without seeming to be going a little "mainstream". I hate Nickelback
