I had a blast salmon fishing for the first time this past week up in Pentwater, MI on Lake Michigan and I just wanted to share...

My uncle has a cottage up on the lake and invited me to join him on his vacation. It was beautiful on the lake and the fishing was pretty good! A lot different from bass fishing but, still very cool. We boated about 15-20 kings for the week. I've never caught anything as big as these salmon so it was awesome. Anyway, just wanted to brag and flaunt the pics. Enjoy.

I kept the sheephead.  

That sheepshead looks like a freshwater drum.  Is sheepshead a regional name for freshwater drum?
