Nice fish!

Around here, average stripers

are 8-12 lbs, a few 20's and an

occasional 30. My biggest is 38

lbs and 44 is the largest I have

personally seen. The Tennessee

State Record is 65 lbs - 6 oz:

8-)

My grandparents bought a condo at the Chesapeake Bay last year and when they're there they fish literally everyday. They're living the good life for sure. Over last Christmas we did thanksgiving there and I got a chance to go fishing with my grandpa, dad, and uncle. We caught tons of fish and I ALMOST caught a citation striper. A citation in VA is 45lbs and my fish was 44.6lbs. I was kinda ticked it wasn't a citation but it was still and awesome catch.
