Yep,them some good'uns.....see you in the morning Craw!

WOW! Nice hogs! I see you are taking full advantage of this unseasonably warm weather...I don't know if you guys get ice in Virginia, but we do up here in WI..We should be driving vehicles all over it right now. Took the boat out for the first trip since November today. wanted to do some bass fishing, but water temp was 35 degrees and I didn't see any fish pretty much everywhere...I was dragging the aqua vu around deep sand flats, drops, a little rip rap, timber and wingdams. I boated up to some ice and did some ice fishing instead. seems like we are just a few degrees different than you guys..and those few water temp degrees are making all the difference in the world for me  :(

Nice fish, Hope you whack 'um tomorrow while I stand on 6" of  hard water  ;D

Beautiful bronze fish!!!

Jason

measurements??? Looks like your river fishing, right? Are they still all in the current, or are they moving to more slack water yet?

Very Nice!!!

That first one looks like a real fighter.

Awesome! That didn't take very long at all for you to catch one "worthy" of posting a pic for! Boy I wish I could find a nice smallie fishery somewhere close by where I am at...

Great looking bronzebacks!!!

great looking fish.  How big are they?

Those are outstanding smallies.  Quality fish by any standard.  I'm envious.  What kind of jig/pig did you use (weight/color), technique, and depth?  PM me with the info if you feel it might be used to deplete your honey holes.  I'm not it your part of the country - I just want to learn!  :)

Good looking brownies for sure.

Hey Craw,

Please don't feel like you need to catch a big fish to make a post. I fish very little in December and January, and I catch even less. Anytime you have a good day on the water please post it here. This is one of my favorite sections on the website, especially in the winter. It's a chance to tag along on everybody else's fishing trips.

Nice smallies and thanks for taking the time to post 'em!

Dan

Nice smallies!  New River, I assume?  I lived in southwestern VA (Radford/Blacksburg/Christiansburg area) for a few years in the late 90's.  Man, how I loved the New.  I never caught any of THAT size, but I had some amazing days on the river.  Nice work!

Wow, when you're on them , you're on them! Nice catchin'.

5bass, we want a pic tomorrow!!

Catch 'em up guys!!
