ok folks, it looks like another original from the 1st annual is coming!!!  Kelley, aka triton21, will be coming along this year.  If any of you remember, Kelley made the long journy last year with boat in tow and his best friend Chuck at his side.  Sadly, Chuck has passed on this year, and although he was not a member, he was certainly a friend of the board.

I would like to commemorate this years trip to a few fallen friends of the board.

I recived my Lake Fork Topo Map from BPS today.  After a close analysis of the structure in the lake, I have narrowed down the places likely to hold lunker bass.  There are only 127,523 of them.

I have been looking at the Fork maps and I have come to the same conclusion. If we could fish for about 12 years, we might cover the best looking fishing holes. Fluke & I spent about an hour on the phone the other night and agreed that we may have to make another trip. LOL

I got a topo map from Academy's 2 days ago and have marked on it where some of the Lunker fish were caught.  I have so far narrowed my search to 8 places.  Of course, if those don't pan out I can always go the following week....I only live about an hour away if that long.   ;D :

Can't wait ......bought my TX license today.....got my shopping list together for BPS this weekend (see Flukes post on this thread of Jan 14th for the PERFECT LIST.....baitmonkey approved!.....Thanks Fluke for the research and sharing the results).......dreamin about my first 5 pounder.......Muddy will be rollin meatballs soon, Alpster will be makin the roux, RW's plannin the posse chili and Lane's got the ribs in sight....YUMMMM.....Avids got us organized and LBH is leadin the pack and has the movie crew together.....Glenn is comin from afar to keep us straigt

At the bottom of one of Avid's info posts is the link to the TX site where you can buy one online. I bougt an annual (good from now til Sept sometime) non resident freshwater fishing license. It was only $5.00 more than doing a five day deal and I figure if I really like it I might just come back  :

Well Ron's in Fla. Gator huntin and fishing til Mid Feb. When he gets back we will start rollin some prime Sicilian Meatballs and getting the gravy done. Less than 2 months fellas Any count on how many we will be feeding yet? I would like to have a ballpark number by Feb 15 Thanks
