What was the best thing bass resource has helped you to do.

Found a good friend and fishing buddy in the Muddy Man... (Oh wait, you said "best," at first I thought it read "pest"... my mistake.)  

Best: learn all about bass fishing, behavior, equipment, etc., and give me something to do at work  

Worst: Introduce me to banana breath, a.k.a. diminish the crap out of my bank account.

Rekindle my love of fishing.

I learned that I'm on the first page if you Google "average looking women".

I also learned that Micro is ... ;D

No longer are my acquaintances and "friends" the only individuals who experience my wonderful personality.  I now have a whole community of people to offend.  

Learned how to pick apart the water and seperate good fishing water from not so good water.  How to fish after and before fronts, what baits are best under what conditions, etc.  I am slowly learning how to analyze the situations I come across on the water day in and day out and I'm catching more fish as a result.

Now that spring is around the corner I can really start testing myself again to see how much I learned here in the off season.  Articles, and articles, and more articles have been read here and many, many tidbits of info have been shared... only can hope I've taken half of it in and put it to good use this year.

Thanks for everything you guys give me input on.  You live and learn as a family... and we definately have that here at Bass Resource.  Best of luck in 08' to all!

Experiment with new lures that others put their money on

and fight cabin fever

Got to talk to some quality people and a few different ones.  The best part is getting perspective from different people and parts of the country.

Muddy - ????  I would NEVER "come at" any great BR member with ANY hostility, especially one as revered as you!! Oh, I may "poke fun" at a humous comment made by someone and directed at me personally, BUT I never take offense at any of those!! Your calling me Spinach Breath is FUNNY as far as I'm concerned and totally applicable:o) I loves me spinach:o)
