Huge Spots

Featured Replies

I'm not sure if this video has come up on here before, but I just found it and thought it was pretty cool.

Not sure if these guys are 10 lbs, but they are definitely some huge spots.

There are two videos of the same fish:

It is very hard to determine weights of fish like that unless you have something to scale them to. They  are without a doubt some spotzillas -Compare them to the other fish around them- they are much larger but I would have to say the smaller spots could be in the 3 lb range which could make those larger spots in the 6 lb range. AGAIN THIS IS JUST AN OBSERVATION. I have filmed bass underwater and do you see whats going on down there??? Those bass are just as curious of us as we are to them. When diving with tanks the bass scatter when you exhale abruptly but if you exhale slow and steady it doesnt bother them at all. The diver there was wiggling his finger -I have also done that and scratched the under chin of bass.It didn't mind at all. Once in a while they will nip your fingers just to test ya. The scariest thing that has ever happened was the water was cold -my nips were out and a sunfish bit one- It scared the living hell out of me and hurt.  my partner had to surface from laughing so hard. That is a true story.. Even if you have no scuba equipment-go by a mask and snorkel-You will be amazed at what you see under water.

Not 10 lbs.

RW, I'm pretty sure the world record is a 10+ out of Pine Flat Reservoir.
